If you want to lose a few pounds and get healthier why not try some of the following workshops –
Bootcamp Residential
Here, you will get to take part in various fitness and nutritional classes over a period of 1-4 nights, ‘where you will learn how to survive in the outdoors and take part in team building activities’.
Mummies and Buggies
This class is for any moms who want some help with regaining their pre-pregnancy fitness levels and/or lose the baby weight. Whilst you’re getting fit your child will be looked after by the preschool staff, so no need to organise other child care!
