Dudley College has a range of facilities for use both by students and the general public wishing to hire them. Facilities include a cafe, restaurant, sports hall, gym, hair & beauty salon, theatre and recording studio. The college has a wide range of IT equipment and a central library. Beyond amenities, the college provides access to a wide range of training opportunities, across a hugely diverse set of subject areas, so for those seeking to up-skill, the possibilities are plentiful! The Hub has a good relationship with a range of
voluntary and community Providers allowing our young adults the scope to access various provisions in order to increase their self-confidence, instil optimism and encourage growth.

At the Hub young adults can get involved in the Service User Involvement Group where they discuss and plan activities for those on programme. They also feed into the Hub developments and support Dudley in its mission to conduct mentoring sessions in a fun, involving and insightful way. More recently young adults have organised a fishing trip, an ice skating activity, Go-Karting and a trip to Blackpool.

Dudley Talent Match is in partnership with Mediation Services to offer a 10 week programme on Conflict Resolution. The aim being for young adults to engage in this project and build resilience as well as a self help tool bag to manage areas of conflict. Our young adults are also supporting Dudley MBC shape the programme so that it is more appealing to others and can be delivered across the borough. Dudley Hub is working in partnership with Dudley Mind to offer rolling 6 weekly mental health and well being recovery sessions. Dudley Hub believes that mental wellbeing is important. We want our young adults to feel good about themselves and the world around them. Our aim is to support our young adults get the most from their lives.

Dudley Hub is also part of the Community Information Point network. This sees us joining forces with Health Watch to support provide an essential local service. Our Mentors are Community Information Champions so we can provide signposting to health, wellbeing and care services, or help people to understand where to go for benefits or debt advice. Dudley Hub prides itself on the fact that we never turn anyone away and if anyone approaches Talent Match Dudley but are assessed as being not eligible for service, we will signpost them to another support provision more suitable to meet their needs.

Talent Match Dudley aims to make the programme come to life for the young adults. We seek to promote change and create a journey that for individuals is unique and rewarding so that we help them achieve their life goals. The Dudley Hub offers a warm, welcoming and friendly environment which creates a relaxed space for young adults visiting us. Dudley Mentors strive to be the very best at what they do and have a willingness to do what it takes to support our young adults progress.
