Mentoring West Midlands are a specialist service in Smethwick for people with specific barriers preventing them from moving forward. You can access the service once or twice a week and build upon your current Talent Match sessions.
You will create an action plan that will include the following:
- Personal Aspects (helping with self-esteem, communication & confidence)
- Agencies (assistance with housing, debts & job searching)
- Practical (CV, training & interview practice)
- Life Skill Development (managing conflict, anxiety & engagement)
